It is uncommon to hear of people eating grilled corn but in fact it is one of the best ways to cook it. Grilling corn isn’t as healthy as steaming it but once in a while it is fun to try something different. You will only need a few things to grill corn. Obviously, you will need a gas grill. I personally use a Weber gas grill. You will also need some salt, butter and of course, corn.

Now, preheat your grill to hot. Once it is hot enough, turn it down to medium or low heat. Next, get your corns and strip the husk partially but don’t remove it completely. Once you have done that, place the corns on your gas grill and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once you have reached this stage, you will need to monitor your corn at all times to prevent charring. It is fine to have a bit of charred husk but take care not to burn the kernels. Once this is done, you can serve on a platter. You can also season your corn with salt or butter here.
